The stigmas of mental health have made it difficult for many to gain the necessary help. I provide individualized, client-centric treatment plans to empowered, high-functioning professionals who find themselves marginalized into silence by trauma and shame. I also enjoy working with the South Asian community, offering guidance and a safe place to gain clarity, away from the glare of brown shame and guilt. I pride myself on my discretion and adherence to HIPPA guidelines, maintaining confidentiality with grace as we work together to reach your best self. I have over a decade of experience working with powerful individuals and couples on their most private and vulnerable issues, helping them find peace and regain strength. I am compassionate and empathic in my approach as I guide you to finding your healthiest self. I will support you and encourage you throughout the journey, as you evolve into the healthiest, happiest, strongest version of yourself.
