I specialize in emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and culture. I bring a warm approach to therapy, one informed by my experiences in Europe and Asia. I also supervise therapists in training. I became a therapist after discovering the meaning of fatherhood.

I integrate approaches that provide empathy, help regulate the nervous system, and deepen self-awareness. These bring direct relief with regards to the immediate stress associated with current issue(s) and long-term support with self-esteem, empowerment, quality of relationship, and meaning.

My style is warm, curious, and empathetic. I listen and share inquiring observations from a place of warmth and openness. I share psychological knowledge. The feedback I receive is of being deeply understood and respected. And I observe heart-warming relief, self-empowerment, and ease.
My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist after having been deeply affected by the experience of becoming a father and noticing the profound meaning associated with helping grow and shine.
