I am a practicing psychotherapist with 20 years of experience, offering services to a wide variety of adult clients. It is my joy and honor to assist others in life improvement.

I utilize a combination of cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and process-oriented therapies to help my clients achieve their goals.
My focus
I work with individual adult clients dealing with a range of issues including addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, life transitions, and more. My specialties also include LGBTQIA+ and transgender issues.

My communication style is client-centered, supportive, and focused on your unique needs. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work collaboratively to achieve balance and well-being.
My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Loma Linda University in 1999 and have been independently licensed since 2004 as an LCSW. My journey to mental healthcare has been driven by a deep desire to help others lead more fulfilling lives.

My goal is to assist you with the coping skills and self-awareness to navigate life's challenges, gain new perspectives, improve your relationships, and achieve a greater sense of life satisfaction.
My first session with you
In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and start getting to know each other. I'll learn about your background, current situation, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You'll have a chance to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.
