Hello! My name is Karina! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I place a high value on individual rights and the importance of moving through personal issues at your own pace. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, insecurities, low self-esteem, social anxiety, parenting problems, family issues, and ADHD. I have also helped people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I have experience in servicing Spanish-speaking clients and providing coaching to address parenting difficulties. I like to bring evidence-based interventions and some structure to therapy to assist you in attaining your goals.
