Hi there, I'm Darren!

My belief is that within us are the characteristics to effect change in our lives. I see my role as a therapist to work with you to uncover and amplify those strengths. Through a primarily solution-focused lens, I have worked with a wide range of clients and positively impacted individuals, couples, and families facing challenging circumstances. Personally, I identify with the importance of finding meaning and cultivating purpose. Over the course of my career, I have developed a niche helping men navigate the particular issues associated with manhood in today's world. Teens and families have also been a large part of my work, having spent years working at teen/family-focused facilities. A typical session with me may include intriguing questions, a bit of chit-chat, a story or few, thoughtful perspectives/reflections, and most definitely some humor. When I'm not conducting sessions, you can find me playing golf, working out, rolling around on the floor with our son, laughing with my wife, reading a book, or eating some tasty food and trying to stay grateful (not necessarily in that order) Perhaps we shall meet, but either way, I wish you all the best.
