Hi there, I'm Vincent!

Life is an ongoing learning process. I believe it goes better with Humor... If you like that approach, you will probably not have much trouble engaging in the therapy process. I have had training in Humor in Therapy, and a long time ago concluded it is a good component of a strategy for managing life's numerous barriers, challenges, and transitions. I am NOT new to either life or this profession and would be happy to be a support for you and share with you what I have learned... and continue to learn. I have been in practice since 1982... Wow. I'm either somewhat wise or somewhat old ;) !!
