My name is Theppharack, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. In addition to English, I am also fluent in speaking Laotian and Thai. My approach is client-centered with a focus on empowering clients to process their feelings in a warm environment via telehealth with a non-judgmental approach. I work with adults of all ages who come from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds who are suffering from Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Grief and Loss, etc.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is eclectic with most used modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Humanistic, Motivational Interview, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Strength-Based, Positive Psychology, Person-Centered Therapy, and other therapeutic techniques.
My focus
I work with adults from diverse ethnic and economic backgrounds. I am most comfortable working with adults who are suffering from Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Adjustment disorder, and grief and loss.
My communication style
My communication style is client-centered. It's your treatment and I go with your pace. My tone is warm, calm and non-judgmental.

My first session with you
Our first session will be about getting to know you, develop your treatment goals, and educate you on my therapeutic approach. You will also experience a warm and genuine approach from the beginning to the end of the session.
