Hi! My name is Mel. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in the social work field. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and compassionate space, free from judgment, in order to focus on their personal goals. My priority as a therapist is to work collaboratively with you to enhance your self-awareness, empower you to discover your inner strengths, and utilize them on your journey to healing. I have experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma symptoms, life transitions, and more. I believe that a strong therapeutic alliance is key in order for positive change and healing to take place. I look forward to collaborating with you on your goals!
