Hi there, I'm Kristin!

Welcome! My name is Kristin, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I believe in helping you reach your goals, and I take care to focus on your specific needs. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to explore and better understand your own thoughts and feelings.

My approach

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and I utilize Motivational Interviewing to empower you to make a change when you are ready to do so, in a way that feels authentic to you and your own value system. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

My focus

I work with adults struggling with mood disorders and relationship issues. I also work with clients that are having difficulty managing their substance use and are looking for techniques to cope with the stressors in their daily lives.

My communication style

My approach for each session is centered on creating a safe and collaborative environment. Whatever may be happening for you, I am here to walk beside you in the next steps of your journey.
