Welcome! I am a California Licensed Social Worker who has worked with clients presenting a wide range of issues. My hope is to journey with you on your discovery toward a place of greater peace and well-being.
My approach
My clinical style is holistic and person-centered, following a strength-based perspective tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I employ combined approaches that include Psychodynamic, Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness-Based, Solution Focused, and other techniques.
My focus
I focus on working with individuals to explore issues surrounding relationship dynamics, self-esteem, confidence, end-of-life processes including grief and loss, anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression, life transitions, and developing coping skills.
My communication style
I engage in open and supportive dialogue, actively listening to understand your unique needs. My communication is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I ask questions to gain deeper insight and provide feedback to help you gain new perspectives. Together, we'll work towards your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My journey to mental healthcare
I completed my clinical hours for licensure between July 2018 and July 2020 at the following locations in California: 1736 Family Crisis Center in Los Angeles; La Palma Intercommunity Hospital in La Palma; Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills. Through these experiences, I developed a passion for supporting individuals in their mental health journeys.
My goals for you
My goal is to help you reach your goals! Let's work together to build your self-understanding, strengthen your relationships, and find strategies to improve your overall well-being and quality of life.
