My approach to therapy is client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. I aim to help you feel empowered and gain insight to bring out your best self. I use a variety of different therapeutic approaches, individualized to tailor each of my client's needs and goals.
My focus
I am grateful to have over 10 years of experience as a clinical social worker in a variety of professional mental health settings. My areas of expertise include bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, trauma, PTSD, crisis intervention, co-occurring substance use disorders, addiction, and severe and persistent mental illness.

We aren't often taught healthy ways to cope with life's challenges, and I aim to provide a safe space to work through trauma, relationships, anxiety, negative thinking patterns, and other obstacles.
