My training has allowed me to work with diverse populations, including adults with severe mental illness and substance use disorders, people who were formerly incarcerated, human trafficking survivors, refugees, and immigrants.
My goals for you
First, I would love to get to know you and hear your story. Then, together we will decide which modality will suit your needs the best. I am soft-spoken, and I believe that once we have a good rapport with one another, I can teach you how to achieve your personal goals in life. I am a natural teacher, so I will teach you techniques and provide you with weekly homework so we can measure your weekly progress. I love to read and always stay updated on new research and interesting topics, so I also love to share them with my clients if I believe that it would be helpful to him or her.
