As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have almost two decades of experience providing mental health services, I am passionate about building bridges and breaking barriers to help my clients recover from emotional injury and discover their purpose.
My approach
My therapeutic approach draws from several evidence-based practices including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Christian Counseling. I believe in tailoring interventions to meet each client's unique needs.

I specialize in providing effective interventions for individuals struggling with Depression, Co-Parenting Conflict, Faith, or Trauma across the lifespan.

You can expect me to communicate in a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental manner. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and validated as we collaborate to help you achieve your goals. I believe in the use of humor and being conversational.
My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare began with earning my Bachelor of Arts from UC Berkeley. I then went on to study mental health at the University of Southern California where I earned my Master’s Degree. I completed my field hours at a hospital in a geriatric program, then transitioned to adult and adolescent outpatient care to understand resiliency and challenges across the lifespan.

My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights to manage life's challenges, heal from past wounds, enhance your relationships, and live a more fulfilling life aligned with your values and aspirations. I am dedicated to supporting you on your path to greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.
My first session with you
During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and collaboratively identify your goals. I will gather some background information and begin to get to know you and your unique story. You will have the opportunity to ask me any questions and determine if I am the right fit to support you on your journey. If we decide to work together, we will establish a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
