Some people need to process their past experiences in order to heal and move forward, while others benefit more from focusing on their present challenges. I am skilled in helping clients with both. My approach is flexible and draws from various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and others, depending on my clients' unique needs.

I also have experience helping those impacted by chronic illness, infertility, substance use issues, and severe mental illness.
