Hi there, I'm Megan!

Life can be challenging sometimes! As a licensed marriage and family therapist, It is my goal to work collaboratively with you, walking alongside you through whatever circumstances, experiences, or difficulties you may be facing. My therapeutic treatment includes helping you identify your goals, individual strengths, and specific techniques you can utilize to navigate through life’s difficulties. It is my goal that you find empowerment and hope as we walk this journey together. I offer years of experience gained through a wide variety of clinically demanding settings, including multiple psychiatric facilities, mental health outpatient clinics, military settings, juvenile justice centers, foster care, group homes, high schools, elementary schools, homeless shelters, and women’s advocacy centers. As a therapist, it is my goal to help you gain new insights, re-identify your strengths, become empowered, discover new solutions, strengthen and build your relationships, and ultimately live the life you desire and deserve to have!
