Hi there, I'm Gabriel!

Hello and welcome! My life's mission is dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by various challenges, including anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, addiction, and feeling stuck in life. I specialize in addressing issues such as perfectionism, critical self-talk, codependency, and relationship dynamics, including intimacy and communication challenges. My approach is rooted in helping clients reconnect deeply with their authentic selves, fostering renewed health, and rediscovering a sense of purpose and connection.

My approach

True growth, healing, and change necessitate repairing relationships with oneself, others, Spirit, and God. Despite my own familial struggles including two brother's tragic deaths and my father's abuse, I've found emotional freedom, self-love, and a zest for life. As a therapist, I offer practical solutions without the fluff, guiding you toward tangible results.

My focus

I provide a range of services to meet your needs, online, including one-on-one sessions & family sessions.

My communication style

As a holistic therapist, my communication style is deeply empathetic and understanding. I possess a natural gift for active listening, allowing my clients to feel truly heard and validated. Through my compassionate approach, I create a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, feelings, and concerns without fear of judgment. In my sessions, I cultivate a tone of warmth, acceptance, and openness. I prioritize creating an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality, enabling my clients to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions freely. My holistic approach extends beyond verbal communication, incorporating elements of mindfulness, body awareness, and holistic healing modalities to promote overall well-being. Working with me feels like embarking on a journey of self-discovery and healing. I guide my clients with gentle encouragement and support, empowering them to tap into their inner wisdom and make positive changes in their lives. My holistic perspective recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, fostering holistic growth and transformation in my clients' lives. Overall, clients leave my sessions feeling uplifted, inspired, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply intertwined with my personal experiences, shaped by the resilience and challenges of my family history. My grandfather, a survivor of Pearl Harbor and a dedicated man of great labor aboard the USS Medusa during WWII, instilled in me a profound sense of strength and perseverance. However, the cycle of violence that plagued my biological father, an alcoholic who was both physically and emotionally abusive, cast a shadow over my upbringing. It took my mother 19 years to break free from this cycle, along my journey my two older brothers tragically passed away. Despite these hardships, I was fortunate to witness the transformative power of love and faith when my mother remarried. My stepfather, a retired Fire Captain and a man of God brought stability and guidance into our lives. Alongside gaining another sister and a younger brother, both deeply embedded in the first responder community as a firefighter/EMT and firefighter respectively, I experienced firsthand the complexities of a first responder family. Drawing from the depths of my personal journey, I guide individuals, couples, parents, and families through the intricate dance of emotional regulation, addiction, habit flow, and relationship dynamics. Together, we embark on a journey of exploration, delving deeply into these realms to unearth underlying patterns and create a roadmap for healing. Through our collaborative efforts, we craft a tailored plan designed to restore balance, resilience, and a sense of empowerment.

My first session with you

During a first session with me as a holistic therapist, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they are encouraged to share openly and honestly. I begin by taking the time to get to know each client on a personal level, seeking to understand their unique experiences, challenges, and goals. Through compassionate listening and thoughtful inquiry, I create a space for clients to feel seen, heard, and validated. My approach to the first session is holistic, addressing not only the presenting issues and also considering the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. We may explore various aspects of your life, including lifestyle habits, stressors, relationships, and self-care practices, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your overall well-being. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic techniques, such as mindfulness, breathwork, guided visualization, body and mind-centered practices, I tailor each approach to meet individual needs and preferences. You can expect to leave the first session with a sense of hope, clarity, and empowerment. You are most likely to gain insights into the underlying causes of your challenges and begin to envision a path toward healing and growth. My compassionate guidance and practical strategies provide clients with a roadmap for navigating their journey towards holistic wellness, fostering a sense of optimism and confidence in their ability to create positive change in their lives.
