My approach is client-centered. My interventions include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed, interpersonal psychotherapy, solution-focused, problem-solving skills, self-regulation and mindfulness techniques, and coping techniques.

My experience includes treating children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, adjustment, behavioral issues, relationship issues, and acute stress.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was inspired by passionate individuals focused on serving the population aged 0-5. I am passionate about helping people in need. I love the work that I do, the best reward I receive is observing the progress of the individuals I serve.
