My journey to mental healthcare began with a passion for helping others. I obtained my Master of Social Work degree and have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families through challenges. I have extensive experience as a Crisis Responder in community, hospital, and law enforcement settings, where I provided training and coaching on responding to mental health crises.
My goals for you
My goal for you is to feel empowered, understood, and equipped with the tools and insights to navigate life's challenges, enhance your well-being, and move towards healing and growth. I strive to create a safe space where you can express yourself authentically and find the support you need.
My first session with you
In our first session, we will focus on understanding your unique situation, concerns, and goals for therapy. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what you hope to achieve through our work together, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan to support your mental health journey. I aim to create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you can share openly and take the first steps towards positive change.
