As a licensed therapist with 15 years of experience, I provide mental health services to help adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, chronic illness, postpartum, and life/career transitions. I work with diverse populations, creating a supportive environment for clients to openly express their experiences, emotions, and thoughts without judgment.
