My approach
My integrative approach utilizes solution-based psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients address self-destructive patterns by getting to the core and root of their issues. The result is a drastic reduction in the initial presenting symptoms over a short period of time. I have successfully and quickly supported my clients in regulating emotions, decreasing anxiety, overcoming depression and trauma, as well as resolving intimacy and relational issues.
My focus
I typically work with men and women who struggle with their love lives, anxiety, depression, and negative thinking as well as couples who are looking to repair and restore their relationships.
My communication style
A balanced blend of warm and empathic but direct with a no-nonsense approach. I infuse humor when necessary and utilize metaphors to help clients understand patterns in their lives.
