As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and Certified Nutrition Coach CNC) I recognized the profound impact of holistic well-being on mental health. This led me to pursue advanced degrees in counseling psychology and psychology with health specialization, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive care. Throughout my career, I have founded successful mental health practices, served as an academic chair and professor, and provided critical incident services for major corporations and the Department of Defense.
