Hi there, I'm Anastasia!

The quality of your relationships is a measure of the quality of your life. If you frequently find yourself feeling angry and disappointed with yourself and with others, unhappy with where you are in life, feeling unsatisfied with your relationships, and caught in cycles of conflict with loved ones - you probably know this too well. Depression, anxiety, and trauma directly impact your ability to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself, your partner(s), and your children/family. As your therapist, we'll work to uncover the feelings, thoughts, and past experiences that make showing up in your life and connecting to the people you love challenges. I can help you learn practices and tools that are evidence-based and will help you make real changes in your life and put you back on the path toward a life that's aligned with your values. I identify as a queer mixed-race woman of color and a parent of small children. I specialize in working with BIPOC folks, trans and nonbinary youth and adults, and folks from marginalized and immigrant communities. I also love working with queer couples and folks in nontraditional relationships.
