My name is Nancy Felix and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a solution-focused therapist and I provide Anxiety and Depression therapy for overworked women who are done struggling on their own.
My approach
I am a solution-focused therapist which means I am paying extra close attention to my clients' strengths and how we can solve problems so that my clients can go back into the real world and live the life they want to live!
My focus
I usually work with women who are overworked and experiencing symptoms related to anxiety and depression. Issues that often come up are low mood, anger, boundaries, shame, people-pleasing, procrastination, and imposter syndrome.
My communication style
People feel encouraged and understood when they work with me.
My goals for you
Goals are set at the beginning of therapy. Both the client and myself are clear on what the goals of therapy are and we regularly check in on the goals to ensure we are making progress.
