My journey to mental healthcare
As a former competitive dancer, I experienced firsthand the immense pressures athletes face and the impact of neglecting one's mental well-being. This personal journey ignited my passion for supporting others in similar situations and led me to pursue a career in mental healthcare. I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Alliant International University to gain the skills and knowledge needed to make a difference.
