My name is Elizabeth and I am honored to walk through your healing journey with you. I specialize in healing after abuse, teaching you to reframe negative self-talk, extinguish negative core beliefs, and provide communication tools to enforce boundaries and get needs met.
My approach
I'm cross trained and certified in DBT, Trauma Focused CBT, Experiential, Psychodynamic, and spiritual therapy modalities. Each treatment plan is custom built for you personally because I firmly believe that one treatment will not work for everyone. I will assess you continuously to help you become the best version of you while you kick down the hurdles that have held you back.
My focus
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, addiction, nutrition & mental health, couples counseling and beyond. I also work with companies in need of workshops/trainings for their employees such as anger management, self-care, overcoming obstacles, stress tolerance, and critical incidents.

In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients' individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for. I will never judge you but I will work with you continuously to help you reach your goals.
