Hi there, I'm Vanessa!

Without help, life is and can become tumultuous and stressful to manage. I want to help break away from the stigma that mental health carries and be of service by aiding with those difficult challenges, as well as to celebrate the successes that you can experience. If you are looking for a therapist who is empathetic, considerate of your needs, while also providing you with a gentle, but firm, nudge toward accomplishing your goals, then I may be a resource to you. My experience includes working with youth and adults, as well as various family structures, who deal with a multitude of stressors. From helping those who suffer from trauma, unhealthy coping mechanisms, depression, anxiety, relational issues, defiance or opposition, identity issues, and more, my desire and goal is to build hope and to support you in bridging the gap between that hope and the actualization of your goals. I am determined to be seen as an ally, guide, mentor, or coach in your network of support.
