My approach
Kamal is a Certified Brainspotting therapist who also uses interventions and knowledge from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment theory so his clients better understand why they are feeling stuck and learn effective ways of getting unstuck. He aims to help people develop more self-awareness and self-acceptance by teaching them practical tools, such as self-regulation and healthy social skills so they can handle life’s challenges with more confidence and ease.
