As a Holistic & Person-Centered therapist and certified hypnotherapist, I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to help individuals reach their goals. Through trust, understanding, and compassion, we can work together to support your unique needs.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Holistic and Person-Centered principles. I tailor my support to each individual's cultural, spiritual, and personal values. Building a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and empathy is central to how I work with clients. I also utilize hypnotherapy at the client's request (a service that is not covered by medical insurance).
My focus
I am experienced in working with individuals, couples, and families. Some areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, coping skills, and trauma/PTSD. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
My communication style
You can expect me to be a warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate listener. I aim to create a safe space where you feel understood and supported. Collaboratively, we'll work toward your goals, building on your innate strengths and resources.
My journey to mental healthcare
My journey in mental healthcare began with clinical hours at Sierra Vista Child & Family Services from 2017-2021. I've always felt called to help others navigate life's challenges. In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a certified Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regressionist, and Usui Reiki Master. My work in these fields began in 2023. I am a member of The International Association of Counselors and Therapists and the American Association For Marriage and Family Therapists.

My first session with you
In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and begin getting to know one another. I'll ask about your background, current circumstances, and hopes for our work together. From there, we can create a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
