My primary approach to therapy is evidence-based practices such as CBT/DBT. Additional modalities that may be used are dependent on the client's needs such as Solution Focused, Narrative, Humanistic, Gestalt, or Integrated approach.

I work with Individuals, Couples, and Families who deal with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and issues with life transitions.
