Erica L. Anderson, LMFT. My approach to therapy is very open-minded and relaxed. I work with the clients to help them identify the areas in which they feel stuck and help them uncover where they would like to see themselves in the future.
My approach
I am very open-minded and have a relaxed style and approach to therapy that utilizes Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Forensic Psychology, Solution Focused, and Strength-Based.
My focus
I believe clients will get out of therapy what they are willing to put in it. And the therapist can help to provide a safe environment to be able to do the work.
My communication style
My communication style provides a safe and comfortable environment for clients to work towards their most authentic selves.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have always wanted to help provide people with a safe place
My goals for you
I work with the clients to help them identify the areas in which they feel stuck and help them to uncover where they would like to see themselves in the future.
My first session with you
The initial session is part of the rapport-building stage and just as much as the therapist is getting to know the client. The client is also getting to know the style of the therapist and truly developing a safe and comfortable environment to start the therapeutic process.
