My approach
I work on creating a collaborative relationship with my clients, providing you with the tools needed to navigate life's difficulties. My approach draws upon a range of therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, sand tray techniques, EMDR, cognitive behavioral approaches, solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and attachment theory. This allows me to tailor my approach to best serve your unique needs and goals.

I specialize in working with individuals and minors aged 13-17 who are struggling with issues such as women's concerns, depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, abuse, trauma, relationship difficulties, and ADHD. My journey to mental healthcare began 13 years ago as I began to seek how to help clients gain progress towards more health and happiness. This experience solidified my passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and find paths to healing and fulfillment.

My first session with you
In our first session, we will begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship as we discuss what brings you to therapy and start identifying your goals. I will listen intently to understand your experiences, concerns, and hopes for the future. We will also discuss my approach and how we can best work together to support your healing and growth.
