My journey to mental healthcare

Throughout Lyndsie's career, she has been driven by a passion for supporting and advocating for children and families, especially those involved in high-conflict, custodial litigation disputes. She has also worked diligently to develop and implement long-term, innovative, team-based projects and collaborated with county-wide programs, school districts, and local agencies.

My goals for you

Lyndsie aims to help clients reach a place of forward progress, improved health, and overall well-being, through mutual collaboration and care. She offers compassionate support, builds positive connections based on open communication, and helps each client process complex feelings as they arise while offering support, and validation.

My first session with you

Our first session together will be a combination of reviewing your history as well as what brings you to therapy at this moment.
