Lyndsie holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, Public Policy, and Law, as well as having extensive experience working with children on the Autism spectrum and their families.

Lyndsie employs a variety of modalities including Art Therapy, Attachment-based, Client-Centered Therapy, Coaching, Compassion-Focused, Eclectic, Grief Therapy, Humanistic, Narrative, Person-Centered, Play Therapy, Sandplay, Solution Focused, Strength-Based, Supportive, and Trauma Focused techniques.

Lyndsie works with adults and minors (ages 8-17) on a range of issues including Addiction, Adolescents/Teens, Individuals on the Autism Spectrum, Behavioral Issues, Children, Chronic Pain, Developmental Disorders, Divorce, Grief, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disabilities, Parenting, School Issues, Substance Use, and Pregnancy/Prenatal/Postpartum concerns. She is also fluent in Spanish.

My journey to mental healthcare
Throughout Lyndsie's career, she has been driven by a passion for supporting and advocating for children and families, especially those involved in high-conflict, custodial litigation disputes. This motivated Lyndsie to pursue a doctoral degree in psychology, public policy, and law. She has also worked diligently to develop and implement long-term, innovative, team-based projects and collaborated with county-wide programs, school districts, and local agencies.

She offers compassionate support, builds positive connections based on open communication, and helps each client process complex feelings as they arise while offering support, and validation.
