My focus
I am a relational therapist for millennials who helps people learn to overcome self doubt and negative beliefs, and to identify and amplify their existing strengths so they can be successful in relationships with self and others.

My journey to mental healthcare
I have always wanted to be a therapist for as long as I can remember. I think that everyone can benefit from having someone that is nonjudgmental and supportive to talk to. I think that nobody should ever have to feel alone

My first session with you
During our first session together I will take the time to get to know you and we can talk about what has led you to seek support. After our time together we can decide if we are a "good fit" and if we are a "good fit" we can talk about what your goals are for treatment and our plan moving forward. You will have plenty of opportunities to ask me any questions or discuss any concerns.
