I am happiest when everyone is getting along, and I can be found to be the person who puts herself last if it means peace and harmony is the end result.
My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own pain and challenges in life. After I worked to receive my own healing, wholeness and wrote my story of survival, I began to develop empathy and compassion for other people who were hurting. Now, I consider myself as a healed healer moved to help others by instilling hope for a better future.
My goals for you
I am a firm believer that clients are the experts in their own lives. They know exactly what they want and need. My approach to goal setting with clients is to identify what they want to achieve in therapy and collaboratively establish S.M.A.R.T (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timebound) goals to track clients progress.
