Currently, I also work in the healthcare industry for 20 years as a clinical supervisor and have my evening practice. My therapeutic approach/areas of focus involve:, life/health coaching, job stress management, career counseling, emotional supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, marital stress counseling, infertility and female related issues, medical issues of a new diagnosis, anxiety and depression, self-esteem/confidence problems.

My communication style
I communicated with my clients with respect and compassion, with insightful interpretation and analysis, and always in a honest and transparent manner. Honesty and compassion are my fundamental traits when building the therapeutic alliance with my clients. Healthy confrontation is also needed to get the client to the point of self-discovery and introspection.

I am naturally an empathic person, therefore currently working in the healthcare industry.
My goals for you
Goal setting must be mutually agreed upon which need to be tangible to achieve and not set up for failure but also learning from failures can be self-reflective. Prior to goal setting, I assess a clients motivation and commitment levels and if not aligned then goals are not achieved nor sustained.
