My communication style
I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable opening up. We'll work together collaboratively, but you will always remain in the driver's seat of your therapy journey.
My goals for you
I want you to feel proud of yourself for asking for and accepting support. My goal is to help you develop greater self-understanding, build coping skills, work through challenges, and ultimately improve your mental health and overall well-being.
My first session with you
In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and exploring what brought you to therapy. I'll ask about your background, current struggles, and goals. This is also a chance for you to ask me questions and see if we're a good therapeutic fit. By the end of the session, I hope you'll feel heard, validated, and confident about continuing our work together.
