My focus is helping clients with stress and anxiety, Depression, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
My approach
I take a client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approach to therapy. My style is humanistic, culturally sensitive, and strength-based. I also incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when appropriate.

I work with individuals, couples, and minors aged 13-17. My specialties include anxiety, coping skills, depression, job stress, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress management, trauma, PTSD, and women's issues.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Masters of Arts (MA) in Psychology from Argosy University in Alameda, CA. I completed my degree between March 2013 and April 2015. Helping others live more fulfilling lives is my passion and drove me to pursue a career in mental healthcare.
