My approach
My therapeutic approach is insight-oriented and person-centered. I believe that every individual is unique and I strive to empower clients to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and discover their inner strengths.
My focus
Over the years, I have worked extensively with diverse populations, addressing a wide range of emotional and spiritual challenges. I enjoy working with clients who are dealing with issues surrounding: ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Adolescence, Grief/Loss, Divorce, Christianity, Narcissistic Relationships, Cross-Cultural Relationships, and Culture Shock.
My communication style
I provide a warm and compassionate place where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
My journey to mental healthcare
I find people inspiring and fascinating, I love helping people grow. I know what it is like to struggle in life and I also know how powerful it can be to have someone who will listen.
My goals for you
I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. Through a collaborative and non-judgmental process.
My first session with you
Our first session will feel like a conversation with a friend. I will try to get to know you and what your concerns are. I'll ask questions about your life and your relationships and the history of your clinical concerns.
