My communication style

There are ultimately 3 levels of communication. The content which includes the words; however, this can also include, silence, art, music and other expressive arts, known as the media. Then we have the process - What is the message we are trying to communicate. Lastly, we have the interpretation of the message. I use all different media and can teach you also to use different forms of media to communicate the process. I also use a non- judgmental and wise mind in interpreting what is being communicated to me. I will show you how you can do so that goes beyond active listening.
