I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of psychotherapy experience. My clinical experience emphasizes a therapeutic approach and holistic understanding of each client's experience while providing support to each client. I treat psychiatric issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, domestic violence, abuse, family/couples counseling, anger management, behavioral issues, and self-harm. I am trained in ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing, play therapy, and mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques.

My focus

I have expertise in providing clinical services to children, families, individuals, Military Service Members and their Families, geriatric psych, and vulnerable population groups. I have served those in our community aged 4 to 94 for a variety of needs to help them discover the healthiest version of themselves.

I am an advocate and strong believer in the impact of therapy on an individual's life. Engaging in a therapeutic process can be overwhelming. My goal is to provide calmness when needed while utilizing a strengths-based approach, meeting you where you are in your journey, and offering advocacy to you while working toward a common goal. I understand my clients have diverse abilities in managing stressors during their times of crisis or in times of calm. I aim to provide support to aid in growth for individuals to gain and grow the tools to navigate through their journey.
