My approach
I use solution-focused, client-centered, strategic family therapy, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy to help find solutions
My focus
I enjoy working with teens and adults. Typically I am there to support issues with anxiety, adjustment issues, and forms of depression

I like to create a warm and authentic environment for my clients to promote a safe space to truly be themselves
My journey to mental healthcare
I’ve had different trials and tribulations that made me shift from a business focus to a psychology focus. Seeing others better themselves and even helping them just became a calling for me
My goals for you
Goal setting is client-focused, however we can partner to help fine-tune the goals and direction for therapy
My first session with you
This will be a get-to-know-you and get-to-know-me. I believe in finding that fit and balance in the first session to set the foundation
