My journey to becoming a therapist started with a deep desire to help others improve their well-being. My diverse background in trauma care, hospice, and working with clients facing dual diagnosis has equipped me with a unique perspective that I bring into my practice.

My goals for you

In partnership with my clients, I emphasize goal setting as an integral part of therapy. We identify short-term and long-term goals, framed in a realistic and achievable manner. Progress is regularly reviewed and revised as needed to ensure the therapy remains client-driven and aligned with their evolving needs and aspirations.

Our first session

During the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive assessment where we explore their presenting concerns, background, and personal history. This initial conversation allows me to gain a deeper understanding of their goals and tailor future sessions to meet their specific needs.
