Hello, Thank you for considering therapy as a step in your life journey! As a therapist, I hope to help you with your needs using a practical strength-based method. We all have strengths that can be used while facing life's challenges. I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but use other approaches when it is more beneficial.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to becoming a therapist was achieved later in life after deciding I really wanted a career that was helpful to others and meaningful to myself. I enjoy listening and helping others process emotions and make sense of their thoughts.
