My approach
Life is an experience that is full of unplanned, unexpected events that can be difficult to deal with- but it is all surmountable! I truly believe that once we are able to clear away some of the egos, our inner voice/higher self can be heard, and if we choose to listen, that is when incredible shifts in life begin! Shifts that lead to our best selves!
My focus
No one changes unless they want to. Not if you shame them. Not if you use reason, emotion, or tough love. There's only one thing that makes someone change: their own realization that they need to do it.
My communication style
I like to provide a loving, accepting, supportive, and self-empowering environment where it is safe to take stock and love and forgive yourself and others through everything and anything that happens in life.
My journey to mental healthcare
I truly love helping people and hope to help them love themselves deeply so they can, in turn, spread love and joy with the people in their lives, which in turn can heal the world.
My goals for you
I encourage them to set their own goals and then remind them of their strengths and what they have already overcome it the process of achieving their goals.
My first session with you
Active listening and rapport building.
