Hi there, I'm Benjamin!

Hi! I'm Ben, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I know life doesn't always go as planned, and let's face it, it can be hard. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental place for you to explore ways to cope, adapt to change, challenge yourself, and work through emotional, career, and personal difficulties. My hope is for each client to gain a sense of empowerment, learn their abilities, and work together to create a unique, individual plan for their personal success. This provider resides in Hawaii.

My approach

I have an eclectic approach and adapt as much as I can to clients' needs.

My focus

I am comfortable working with all walks of life.

My communication style

It's important to have a safe and relaxed place to express yourself and I try to create that as much as possible.

My journey to mental healthcare

I love seeing personal growth in people and that's what brought me to this profession.

My goals for you

I like to identify areas that cause stress in a client's life and form goals around them. I have very little to do with the goals clients set. This is the client's treatment and goals. I just help clients succeed.

My first session with you

Lots of trust building and me meeting you where you are. Not the other way around.
