Hi there, I'm Miyuki!

My name is Miyuki Tomura, and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Hawaii. I provide trauma-focused online individual therapy and consultation for adults. My approach to therapy is existential and transpersonal, and I help those who want to transform challenging life events into a gateway for becoming who they want to be.

My approach

I am trained in existential-humanistic transpersonal psychology, cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, and EMDR. My approach is mind-body-spirit oriented, and I will help you resolve various life issues at home and work, including past and intergenerational trauma, multiculturalism, performance, relationships, parenting, co-dependency, marriage, and divorce.

I work with adult individuals who want to go past their emotional distress to realize their potential optimally.
