I'm Jessica Massey, LPCC in the state of KY with 8 years of experience in the community mental health setting. Together, we can explore how our life makes sense. When you give yourself permission to explore your true self, changes begin. You may be experiencing low self-esteem, anger, sadness, stress, depression, anxiety or just a lack of feeling contentment in life. You don't have to go through the pain alone as I'm here to help support you through this process! I will guide you to learn the skills needed to be the best version of yourself and to live a more meaningful and enjoyable life.

I have used EMDR, CBT, and other theoretical approaches to help people find a more meaningful purpose in life.

I have experience in treating Anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychosis, and ADHD.
