Hi there, I'm Melissa!

Positive Energy Psychology is giving new life to an engaging therapeutic experience. As a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Energy Psychology Practitioner, I facilitate techniques such as PSYCH-K (Psychological-Kinesiology) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which may include muscle testing, tapping, body postures, visualization, CBT, affirmations, and light and sound therapy. This integrative approach aims to address our underlying belief systems. These belief systems create patterns of thinking which are often to our detriment, but I’m here to help you realize that beliefs are thoughts and thoughts can be changed. You will find me trustworthy and uplifting as we go beyond the symptoms and examine causes. I look forward to guiding you through the process of identifying what you want and unblocking subconscious barriers to achieving your identified goals.
