My name is Michelle Harris I am a licensed social worker and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress management, and other life-changing situations. My counseling style is warm, laid-back, and engaging. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.

My approach combines person-centered and holistic care of mind, body, and spirit. The theoretical approaches I often utilize in my work are Solution Focused and Person-Centered Therapeutic Systems.
