Hi there, I'm Olivia!

Hello, there! My name is Olivia Roberts and I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience. My approach to therapy is client-centered and I believe in meeting you where you are.

My approach

My primary experience involves working in the medical field and assisting those with chronic illness, grief, burnout, and end of life care. I tend to be somewhat eclectic in my approach but draw from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness based modalities. I look forward to meeting you!

My focus

I work with clients undergoing life transitions of all sorts and the symptoms that present themselves within these challenges.

My communication style

I have been described as a compassionate clinician and my clients have reported they feel comfortable with me. I believe in the mind-body connection & take a holistic, evidenced-based approach to mental well-being. I utilize humanistic, solution-focused and strengths-based counseling. I enjoy teaching mindfulness techniques and tools. I will tailor the dialogue & treatment plan to meet your unique needs.

I create a calm atmosphere for my clients which includes soothing music and essential oils. We will complete intake questions together as I get to know you and your goals for therapy.
